PASS Partner Requirements

PASS is currently updating our testing partner requirements and lab onboarding process, with an aim to launch by the end of Q3 of 2025. 

If you are interested in becoming a PASS Testing Partner, you can email info@passcertified.org with your contact information, so we can reach out at that time

Anyone is eligible to be a PASS partner as long as they are able to conduct and report work clearance data based on the industry testing protocol, and adhere to the quality control standards as outlined in the PASS policies and procedures.

We require the following documentation from our PASS testing partners:

  • Signed contract with PASS

  • Adherence to PASS policies + procedures

  • Clinical Laboratory License (if not own lab, then contract and license of contracted lab)

  • Certificate of Accreditation (CLIA)

  • Business License Certificate

  • W9 to prove Employer ID

  • Medical Director Certification and License Information
