TTS No Longer Reporting to PASS Database October 5th

As of October 5, Talent Testing Services (TTS) will no longer send clearance data to the PASS database

Aside from clearance reporting into the PASS database, nothing is changing about the testing system. Talent and crew can still test with TTS, they will just have to check and share results using the TTS dashboard. While we will no longer have a formal contract with TTS, we continue to maintain open lines of communication and expect them to be collaborative in the event of a production hold.

TTS’s decision to withdraw from the PASS database comes after they were informed that no PASS testing partners would be allowed to participate in a PASS advisory committee. While PASS respects and welcomes opinions from all of our testing partners, we believe that it represents a conflict of interest for for-profit vendors to have a direct influence on industry guidelines. PASS will continue to consult public health and clinical experts to inform our policies.

PASS is committed to providing health and safety services. Talent and crew can still use PASS testing partners — TBD Health in Las Vegas and Clear in Miami — for STI and COVID testing clearance and is working to onboard an additional testing partner in Los Angeles in the near future.
